Year 7 Step Back in Time at Capel Military Show

Our Year 7 students had an unforgettable experience when they attended the Capel Military Show. The event featured fascinating exhibits from all nationalities and eras of military history, showcasing uniforms, equipment, and vehicles from across the decades.

Students were transported back in time as they explored a World War I trench and discovered what life was like for a soldier on duty. They were amazed by the dramatic sights and sounds of the show, from the thunder of Naval guns being fired to the spectacle of military tanks crushing cars.

One of the highlights was the chance to get up close to a wide range of military vehicles, with many students climbing aboard a working British tank – a truly hands-on experience they will never forget.

To round off the action-packed day, everyone enjoyed ice creams from the local dairy and had fun on the bouncy castle. The trip was a huge success, with students already asking when they can go back next year!
