Unified Academy recognised as a Thrive School

Unified Academy is proud to have been recognised as a Thrive School, reflecting our commitment to supporting the social and emotional development of every student.

The achievement recognises our whole-school approach to wellbeing, using the Thrive framework to help staff better understand students’ needs and look beyond behaviour to what children may be communicating.

By embedding the Thrive Approach across the school, Unified Academy is creating a supportive and nurturing environment where pupils can develop confidence, resilience and the skills they need to succeed. The framework also enables staff to recognise and celebrate the small but significant steps of progress made by young people over time.
