As part of their social skills and enrichment lesson, students in year 6 and 7 enjoyed a visit to the local park. They were encouraged to make their own packed lunches, some choose to make tuna rolls, which entailed safely opening the can and creating the perfect tuna mix.

During the short walk to the park, staff were impressed by students’ road safety skills and their positive behaviour throughout the trip.

Whilst at the park, the students engaged well – taking turns at the activity stations and generally enjoying themselves. It was a great morning all round, we can’t wait to go again!
